We are immediate need of multiple Workday Integration Developers to support our global Workday rollout program. The incumbent should have very good technical leadership, subject matter expertise and technical development primarily in the Workday application delivery. The ideal candidate for this role should have solid development experience implementing Workday HR functionality including Core HR Master Data (Names, Addresses, Payment Elections, Supervisory Orgs) as well as experience with Workday Integration Solutions (Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, Core Connectors, Certified Integration).

Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver strategy and architecture for all HR IT Application Solutions services and capabilities
  • Lead and participate in medium to large size projects which may require new or significantly enhanced IT Applications and/or Integrations
  • Effectively manage medium to large integration team of diverse individuals that are geographically dispersed through entire project lifecycle
  • Participate in recruiting efforts to work with manager to onboard integration resources
  • Work independently with a functional team to understand business requirements and translate into solutions
  • Evaluate, prototype and propose solutions to identify new or enhanced capabilities to assist with deploying business value-driven solutions
  • Act as an SME providing consulting to developers globally, and assisting in the resolution of escalated technical issues within the HR solutions team
  • Provide Technical mentoring, as required, to educate and support technical compliance to standards within the HR solutions team

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related
  • 7+ years of experience in HR IT applications development or consulting
  • 5+ years of experience developing Payroll and Time & Attendance applications
  • 3+ years of development experience implementing Workday HR functionality including Core HR Master Data (Names, Addresses, Payment Elections, Supervisory Orgs), Custom IDs, Government IDs, National IDs
  • At least 3 years in technical development and leadership roles on Integration (API, ETL) projects
    Experience with Workday Integration solutions (Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, Core Connectors, Certified Integration)
  • Designing and developing APIs from specification to implementation preferably using MuleSoft
  • Designing and developing Data Migration solutions
  • Managing or coordinating the time and activities of other people and other groups
  • Strong presentation skills speaking to and leading large group presentations or discussions
